Bedesten Watches is the public trading name used on this website and on Google. We are an independent pre-owned watch dealer, not an authorized retailer or service center for the brands we trade. The legal seller and invoice identity for a transaction is stated in its written quotation, invoice, or Chrono24 order.

How a watch is reviewed
The exact scope depends on the watch's age, construction, condition, and whether opening or pressure testing is appropriate. We state what was checked and what was not. A dated report appears on the watch page when one is published; if no report appears, no per-watch inspection result should be inferred.

Identity and reference
Reference and serial identifiers where present, plus the case, dial, hands, bracelet, and movement when access is safe and appropriate.

Condition and function
Winding, setting, and available complications are checked alongside visible condition and the box, papers, and accessories included in the sale.

Component assessment
Components are assessed against the stated reference. Known service replacements, period-correct parts, and aftermarket parts are treated as separate disclosures.

Timing observation
A timegrapher reading is taken when appropriate. It is a dated observation of performance, not a lifetime accuracy guarantee.

Pressure-test status
Pressure testing is performed only when appropriate or agreed. A model's original factory rating is not proof of current water resistance.

Written handover
The listing or transaction documents identify the watch, included items, known component disclosures, and the status of relevant tests.
Authenticity is not the same as all-original
Every watch offered by Bedesten is represented as an authentic watch from the named manufacturer. A genuine watch can still contain a manufacturer service replacement, a period-correct component, or an aftermarket part. Those distinctions can materially affect value and must not be hidden behind the word “authentic.”
Our written commitment
When we know a component is aftermarket, a manufacturer service replacement, or period-correct rather than original to that watch, we disclose it before purchase in the listing or written offer. If a specific component matters to your decision, ask for written confirmation before payment.

Every watch sold by Bedesten is covered by our own one-year guarantee from the date of sale.
This is Bedesten's own guarantee, not a manufacturer warranty. Ask us for the written terms — what is covered, what is excluded, and how to make a claim — before you pay; they are also supplied with your sales documents.
Sales terms and after-sales
The governing terms depend on the sales channel and destination. They should be read and retained before payment.
Direct purchases
The written quotation or invoice identifies the seller, watch, included items, price, delivery, return conditions, and after-sales contact. Ask us for these documents before sending payment.
Chrono24 purchases
An order completed through Chrono24 follows the terms shown in that transaction. Keep product questions, payment, and order communication inside the platform when relying on its protections.
